Product Pricing
Online pricing does not reflect monthly specials, but upon delivery final prices will be reflected on the invoice included with product(s) delivered or picked-up.

Product Purchasing Rules
• Bravo & Eagle – can only be purchased by customers in New England
• Solid Gold – can be purchased in New England and New York except Long Island and the 5 Burroughs.
• California Natural/Innova – can only be purchased but customers in Maine, Rhode Island, and the Massachusetts counties of: Hamden, Hampshire, Franklin, Barnstable, Bristol, and Plymouth.

Order Delivery
The minimum amount required for free delivery is $300.00. For orders that are between $250.00 - $300.00, the delivery charge is $20.00. Orders below $250.00 will be reviewed and may be subject to an additional service fee. All orders will be assessed a fuel charge.

To assure on-time delivery, orders must be in our office 48 hours prior to your delivery day. If you do not know your scheduled delivery day, please call your inside sales representative at 800-843-3737. Orders must be in by 4:00 p.m. on the day of ordering. However, we will accept add-ons of up to 5 items until 10:00 a.m. the day before delivery.

Order Pick-Up
Pick-up orders must be called in the day before picking up by 4:00 pm. Monday pick-ups need to be called in no later than 4:00 pm on the Friday before. Pick-up hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
